I've spent decades studying what helps people change—and just as importantly, what keeps them stuck.My career has taken me from counseling rooms to families in crisis, leadership roles in large behavioral-health systems, university classrooms, correctional settings, and some of the most complicated human situations imaginable.Across all of those settings, I kept seeing versions of the same problem: capable people can lose sight of where their responsibility ends, where someone else's begins, and how much authority they actually have to create what comes next.That observation shapes the way I work today.I'm candid, curious and practical. I won't tell you how your life is supposed to look. I'll help you see it clearly enough to decide for yourself.
